Automatic Recognition
We offer automatic recognition of some degrees from Denmark, Finland, Norway, Poland and Sweden. Automatic recognition is a standardized statement that confirms the level of the foreign degree in the Icelandic education system.
You can download and print the statement immediately without submitting an application. The automatic recognition can be used, with your educational documents, when applying for further studies or a job.
The automatic recognition is only available in Icelandic.
If your education is not listed, you can apply for an evaluation here.
Please note that if your education falls under the regulated professions, you need to apply for a license.
